I've not been updating recently cos I've been somewhat preoccupied being self absorbed and driving myself crazy. But I think I may have finally had enough and annoyed myself so much that I'm on the way out of it now. hopefully.

silly little things conspiring to get too much for me again, making me way too teary, and not getting much talk time in with Andy hasnt been helping waylay certain fears, but then my going crazy cant have been much fun for him to have been listening to on the rare occasion we did get to chatting. but I think I'm doing better now
